Meet Ashley Wayland (Broker/Owner)

The Vision Behind Wayland Properties

Ashley Wayland began her real estate career in 2010 after earning her California Real Estate Salesperson License and gaining hands-on experience across multiple facets of the industry. Over the years, her professional background expanded to include banking, title and escrow, vacation rentals, sales, and customer service—providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process from every angle.

In 2015, Ashley earned her California Broker's License and transitioned into leadership, property management, and long-term asset stewardship. 


One year later, she founded Wayland Properties, a family-owned boutique brokerage built on trust, strategy, and lasting relationships.

As founder and broker, Ashley believes the strongest businesses—like the strongest homes—are built on integrity, accountability, and genuine connection. Family has always been at the center of her values, shaping how she leads, serves clients, and defines success.


With more than 15 years of experience in real estate and property management, Ashley has worked across diverse California markets, including Carmel, the Monterey Peninsula, and Quincy. Today, she leads Wayland Properties with a hands-on, relationship-driven approach focused on communication, discretion, and long-term value.
